Maserati entra nella nuova Era con MC20, la super sportiva che abbina prestazioni, sportività e lusso nell’inconfondibile stile Maserati. MC20 è stata presentata al mondo il 9 settembre a Modena in occasione dell’evento “MMXX: Time to be audacious”.
La MC20 è equipaggiata con il nuovissimo motore Maserati Nettuno. Questo propulsore è un 6 cilindri biturbo, con architettura V6 90°. La tecnologia brevettata Maserati Twin Combustion (MTC) si ispira agli attuali motori di F1, e la potenza specifica è la migliore della categoria con 210 CV/litro. Il motore è in grado di erogare 630 CV di potenza a 7.500 giri/ min e di sviluppare una coppia di 730 Nm a partire da 3.000 giri/min.
Una versione elettrica a batteria della MC20, che dovrebbe essere lanciata prossimamente, coesisterà con il modello a benzina.
L’avvio della produzione è prevista per fine 2020 mentre l’apertura degli ordini è partita il 9 di settembre.
